Energetic Lighting E2BL2040D-840 58W LED Dimmable Patient Fixture

The Energetic Lighting E2BL2040D-840 is a 48-inch bi-directional LED overbed light designed to replace the traditional fluorescent patient bed fixtures used throughout hospitals, nursing homes, and long-term care facilities. Two diffuser panels direct light down, up, or in both directions: 40W downlight, 18W uplight, or 58W combined, delivering 4000K neutral white light at 83 CRI.

Two pull chain switches control the fixture — one for the integrated indicator nightlight, and one to cycle between uplight only, downlight only, both together, and off. Each chain includes a string extension so bed occupants with limited mobility can reach it. The whole fixture dims to 10% on standard 0-10V DC dimming systems.

The two-piece housing lets the LED lens enclosure disconnect fully from the backplate for easier installation, and multiple knockouts along the backplate accommodate a range of wiring configurations. Rated for 50,000 hours with minimum 84% lumen maintenance at 50,000 hours (L84/50,000 per IES TM-21).
